Aircraft Placards Manufactured to Spec. Compliant, Durable,
and Fully Traceable

As a Part 21 Subpart G production organisation, LogoSky manufactures interior and exterior aircraft placards in accordance with international airworthiness regulations. Whether for commercial aircraft, helicopters, or business jets, our placards are delivered with full traceability and supplied with EASA Form 1 or Certificate of Conformity (CoC), depending on aircraft eligibility.

We maintain a database of over 30,000 placard references, covering a wide range of aircraft types and configurations. Multilingual and Braille options are available on request, in accordance with regulatory and operator requirements.

  • All placards are manufactured using certified materials, in compliance with FAR/CS 25.853 flammability standards and applicable traceability protocols. Our production is governed by EASA Part 21G.0067 and supported by ISO 9001, AS9100, and DGCA certifications. Every placard is delivered with CoC or EASA Form 1 documentation, depending on programme needs.

  • Our internal library contains over 30,000 standardised placard references across major aircraft platforms, including Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, ATR, Gulfstream, and Bombardier. We continuously update our records based on IPC, AMM, and customer-specific layouts.

We support single-unit replacements as well as full aircraft kits. When required, we work alongside DOA partners to support modifications, ensuring continued airworthiness and conformity for non-standard installations.

  • Placards are produced using OEM-approved materials, including flame-retardant adhesives and UV-stable substrates. Selection is based on aircraft zone, environmental exposure, and substrate compatibility.

Our production process ensures high-resolution readability, long-term adhesion, and resistance to heat, chemicals, and abrasion. Colour consistency is managed across batches for fleet-wide uniformity. Flammability reports and material data sheets are available upon request.

  • Each placard is tracked from order to dispatch using a controlled digital system. Revision history, layout changes, and serialisation are logged to support maintenance schedules, audits, and lease returns. Operators may request replacements or updates without the need for full resubmission, helping preserve long-term configuration control across aircraft or fleets.

  • We provide technical design support where needed — including template creation, AMM/IPC verification, and language localisation. For aircraft requiring multilingual or Braille placards, we ensure correct placement, terminology, and format in line with both aviation and accessibility regulations.

All layouts are submitted for customer approval prior to production. This guarantees clarity, consistency, and ease of integration during maintenance events or redelivery.
